EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you wish to return an item purchased on the quellilainitaly.com website, you can do so within 15 calendar days from the delivery date. It is important to note that the package must arrive at our office within this timeframe.
Please Note: If you wish to exchange for a different size, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) as soon as we receive the returned product. In the meantime, you can proceed with a new order by selecting the correct size.
